Today I present the second in a series of audio meditations based upon the Creative Person’s Guide to Focus blog series I posted last winter. This meditation is based upon the post I did on the importance of unplugging from digital tools and toys in order to aid concentration.
The post-holiday lull is perfect for carving out some non-electronic creative time, so please enjoy this meditation, which is meant as an encouragement and support for your offline creative endeavors!

My choice to listen to Liz on unplugging improved my outlook today. Thank you for your suggestions, Liz.
